Cancelation and Attendance Policy
(Updated March 2025):
Your appointment times are weekly standing appointments that are reserved for you and your child. A reasonable notice period allows our therapists to adjust their schedule and potentially offer the slot to another child. Thank you for understanding that adhering to this policy ensures the best care for your child and helps us serve all of our clients effectively.
We kindly request a 24-hour notice whenever possible. As it is difficult to fill a canceled appointment without sufficient notice, we must adhere to the following strict cancellation policy:
Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled by 8:00 AM on the day of the appointment to avoid incurring the full session fee, based on the practice’s effective fee schedule. To cancel your appointment, please contact us using one of the methods below and provide the following information: your child’s full name, appointment date, and time.

No-show appointments or Cancellations After 8:00 AM on the day of the appointment will incur a full session fee based on the practice’s effective fee schedule.
Please note: Cancellation fees cannot be submitted to insurance. A receipt will be provided upon request.

In order to better serve you, Watch Me Bloom implements the following attendance guidelines. These guidelines were established to enable the most effective use of our time, and to help you achieve your goals:
1. Clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
2. If you are going to be late (15 minutes or less) for a session, your child’s session will be shortened and will end at the regularly scheduled time.
3. Clinicians will wait up to 15 minutes after the appointment time for the client to arrive for their appointment or they will be considered a no-show and subject to the no-show fee. The missed time will not be made up.
4. If a client misses any three (3) sessions during a six-month period, including informed absences, the Practice may use their sole discretion to determine if and to what extent the continuation of treatment will occur. This determination is final.
5. Practice reserves the right to deny ongoing therapy slots to any client who is not regularly attending therapy.
6. Parent / Guardian / Caregiver can be present and participate during the sessions.
7. Parent / Guardian are expected to adhere to their signed payment agreement and pay for services accordingly. If the client does not pay for services of more than two (2) appointments, the Practice may use their sole discretion to determine if and to what extent the continuation of treatment will occur. This determination is final.
